Demand for enterprise and mobile custom software development and advanced analytics solutions drives growth into other markets Valore Partners, a 15-year-old, advanced software and services consulting firm based in Tempe, AZ announces the hiring of Mike Kinney, former Microsoft Partner and General Manager, to open its new Seattle area office. The rapid growth of technology focused companies in western Washington has created an ever-increasing need for software development and advanced analytics services for both existing systems and new technology. Additionally, Valore Partners offers their customers an option of developing software solutions from their Tempe location which in many cases can lead to reduced costs while maintaining flexibility and quality.

Mike was most recently the Technology Director for VillageReach, a Seattle based NGO, where he was responsible for building digital solutions to help address the medical commodity shortages in several African countries. Prior to that, Mike was a Microsoft Partner and General Manager leading sales, services and marketing teams including worldwide ISV management, SQL Server Marketing, and Microsoft Consulting Services in the Phoenix-metro area.

“Having worked extensively with Mike at Microsoft and on multiple projects in the years since, I am thrilled to have him on board to lead and build our Northwest Practice,” said Gary Willman, Valore Partners Managing Member. “Mike’s deep knowledge and experience in designing, building and implementing complex software systems, as well as his 20-year track record of successfully working with customers of all types and sizes makes him the perfect fit to bring Valore’s hyper focused delivery of production quality systems to the Seattle area business community.”

“It’s very fulfilling helping businesses better serve their customers and employees,” said Kinney. “In the end, that is what most software and digital transformation projects are about. Valore Partners has an impressive history of building successful long-term customer relationships based on great people delivering high quality production software solutions. This is a culture I want to extend to our Northwest practice.”
